I get an error message when I try to login to Facebook!

There can be different reasons why you get an error message when you try to log into Facebook. The issue can usually be fixed by re-establishing the link to Facebook. You can do this by removing (NOT uninstalling) the Subway Surfers app from your Facebook Settings via either the Facebook app or an internet browser.

Note: If you use an Apple device running iOS 10 or older, make sure to allow Facebook to use your account. You can do so in your device's 'Settings' --> 'Facebook'.
How to remove Subway Surfers via the Facebook app:
  1. Go to 'Settings'
  2. Open 'Settings & Privacy'
  3. Tap 'Settings'
  4. In the 'Security' section, tap 'Apps and Websites'
  5. Tap 'Logged in with Facebook'
  6. Select 'Subway Surfers'
  7. Tap 'Remove' and accept
  8. If it still doesn't work, try reinstalling the Facebook app
How to remove Subway Surfers via an internet browser:
  1. Go to 'Settings' on your Facebook account
  2. Tap 'Apps and Websites'
  3. Select 'Subway Surfers'
  4. Tap 'Remove' and accept
