Why am I not able to make a purchase?
There can be different reasons why you are not able to make an in-app purchase. Here are the most common solutions:
- If you do not see a price, or see a wrong one, it might be because the game is not able to connect to the store. In that case:
- Check that your device has a stable internet connection
- Go to your device's ‘Settings’ and make sure the 'Date & Time' settings are correct (preferably set it to 'Automatic').
- You need to have a valid payment method in Google Play, App Store or Amazon Appstore.
